Internship and Placement Opportunities for Aerospace Students

Dr. Sahoo played a vital role in improving student career opportunities through his strong
academic and industrial network.
His contributions include:

• Facilitating placement opportunities for aerospace students in various aerospace-
  based companies through his professional contacts.
• Arranging 5 paid long-term internships (1 year duration) in aerospace companies
  for 7th semester students, with possibilities of future full-time employment based on
  performance.
• Providing 4 long-term internships at HEMRL (DRDO), Pune for 7th semester
  students.
• Facilitating 8 long-term remote internships with reputed international universities,
  including:
  o SETU, Ireland
  o Glasgow University, UK
  o GTIIT, China
• These internships enabled students to continue advanced research activities up to the
  completion of their 8th semester.
• Establishing communication and collaboration with more than 15 aerospace
  companies and startups for future internship and placement opportunities.
