School of Aerospace Engineering
The School of Aerospace Engineering of KIIT-DU, Bhubaneswar is operational with teaching faculty members from reputed academic institutes as well as from industry domain. The school is equipped with adequate facility of laboratories (Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Aerostructures, Aircraft Systems, Avionics etc.) and various computational facilities involving finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, simulation softwares etc. KIIT-DU also permits its students in aerospace discipline to undertake internship course/ specialized course work / industrial training in other recognized Indian Universities or Foreign Universities or in a reputed industry and earn certain credits for fulfillment of his/her degree requirements.

The School has a strong bent towards research and development, with over 20% students opting and achieving higher studies in the form of M. Tech/M.S/MBA and PhD either in India or abroad. The state of art academic and research facilities are at the helm of affairs when it comes to training and placements.
